BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company on a mission to end needless suffering caused by medication delays through innovative software that connects every member of the patient's care team.
As we expand from a single-product company into a multi-product organization, we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to primarily support BetterRX's medication management solution for hospices, an established and critical part of our product portfolio. You will build a deep understanding of our customers, product, market, and competitors, then turn those insights into clear positioning, compelling messaging, strong go-to-market execution, and useful enablement for customer-facing teams.
You will report to BetterRX’s Lead Product Marketing Manager and will be expected to take meaningful ownership of your work while continuing to grow your strategic product marketing skills.
We are a people-obsessed company on a mission to end needless suffering caused by medication delays through innovative software solutions that connect every member of the patient's care team.

Ideal Candidate

You are a thoughtful, highly organized product marketer who enjoys developing deep product expertise and turning complexity into clear, useful communication. You care about both the message and the process behind it, making sure product information stays accurate, useful, and current.
You enjoy improving what already exists, finding gaps, creating structure, and making good work better over time. You can also bring creativity to campaigns that increase product adoption and communicate BetterRX's value to prospective hospice customers.
You are curious, dependable, and proactive. You own your priorities, keep recurring work moving, follow up when decisions are needed, surface blockers early, and bring recommendations rather than waiting for every next step to be defined.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in BetterRX's medication management solution, customers, workflows, and use cases, as well as use that knowledge to refine product positioning and messaging.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and improvements of educational content and recurring customer product communications, including newsletters, education on new features and release updates.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing on campaigns that increase awareness and adoption of important product capabilities among existing customers.
  • Develop and execute product marketing campaigns that communicate BetterRX's medication management value to prospective hospice customers and support new business growth.
  • Own or support go-to-market planning for product enhancements and feature releases, including messaging, enablement, launch readiness, and success measures.
  • Build and maintain sales and customer enablement resources and support internal training for customer-facing teams.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence under the guidance of the Product Marketing Manager, keeping competitor profiles, positioning, battlecards, and sales guidance current.
  • Gather customer, product usage, and internal feedback to identify opportunities to improve education, adoption, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Create and improve repeatable processes that keep product messaging, educational content, customer communications, enablement, and competitive resources organized and up to date.

Skill Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS, B2B technology, healthcare technology, or another complex product environment.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to make complex products and customer problems easy to understand.
  • Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, follow-up, and process orientation.
  • Experience creating customer-facing content, product communications, sales enablement, positioning, messaging, or go-to-market materials.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into practical recommendations and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Experience.
  • Experience with AI tools and thoughtful application of AI to Product Marketing workflows while maintaining strong quality standards.

Other Requirements

  • Comfort developing deep expertise in an established product while working in a fast-paced company where priorities and processes continue to evolve.
  • Healthcare, hospice, pharmacy, medication management, competitive intelligence, lifecycle marketing, or product adoption experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Monday is a plus.
  • Ability to work 100% remote and travel for internal company meetings approximately 2-4 times a year.
Benefits
  • 100% Remote Environment
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Accidental
  • Company paid: Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance
  • 401k Match after 1 year of tenure (4%)

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
